Yes! @stephanieeissinger and @bradleyfoster, when clients start to identify the benefits, it really helps them see how much gratitude is worth the (initially needed) shift in consciousness and focus!

Shifting one’s mindset takes a lot of self-awareness and practice, but once clients experience the positive impact of making that shift their motivation level to keep practicing gratitude and searching for the “silver lining” increases dramatically.
