Example of "Stress Analysis"
This type of analysis is best to do on paper, anytime you are worried, stressed
or fearful about a certain topic or area of your life. Once you have
something like this on paper, if you come back to worrying again, you can remind
yourself "hey, I already analyzed this extensively, there is no reason for me to
worry about this anymore, I just need focus on the action steps I determined."
