We use three very powerful assessment tools to discover your unique combination of skills and interests. They can easily be taken on-line. Using this information, we determine your optimum career choices. We also can assess your work styles, leadership style, entrepreneur style and more!

For most users, we will utilize one or more of three tests:

MBTI®

The MBTI®, one of the most well used personality indicators used in the psychological fields today, is designed to help you understand your unique personality and the way you relate to others around you. Backed by thousands of research studies, the MBTI® assessment is both reliable and valid in assessing personality traits. Last year alone, over two million people used their MBTI® results to gain a greater understanding of themselves.

The MBTI assesses you on the following four scales: Extroversion/Introversion, Sensing/iNtuitive, Thinking/Feeling and Judging/Perceiving. This results of one of 16 personality types: ISTJ, ISTP, ISFJ, ISFP, INTJ, INTP, INFJ, INFP, ESTJ, ESTP, ESFJ, ESFP, ENTJ, ENTP, ENFJ and ENFP. You will be amazed what these four letters can tell you about yourself! Please note that the MBTI is an indicator: It tries to find your best personality type. Rarely, you may find that your best type is a letter or two different. We will provide revised results for you if that happens. Strong Interest Inventory®

The Strong Interest Inventory® assessment tool is based on the concept that people are more satisfied and productive when they work in jobs or at tasks they find interesting and when they work with people whose interests are similar to their own. The Strong Interest Inventory test takes only about 25 minutes to complete. It measures your interests in a wide range of occupations, occupational activities, hobbies, leisure activities. Your interests are then compared to those of thousands of individuals who report being happy and successful in their jobs. The result: a personalized report identifies your optimum career choices including additional related occupations with concise job descriptions. FIRO-B^®

The 15-minute tool for improving organizational relationships and individual effectiveness

In 15 minutes, the FIRO-B^® instrument assesses your interpersonal needs and the impact of your behavior in the workplace. Three needs are measured in two dimensions: “expressed” behavior (how much we initiate behavior) and “wanted” behavior (how much we prefer others to initiate behavior). The FIRO-B® reports enable you to manage your behavior, recognize stagnation and conflict and to find possible solutions. All of our assessment career testing packages include the Strong Interest Inventory® and/or the MBTI® and/or the FIRO-B^®. We can recommend which test is best for you.
