Awareness is key to personal evolution, but what exactly should an evolving person be aware of? This Top 10 List should help.

1. Physical sensations.
The cells of your body are always sending you a message. Listen and respond before it gets loud.

2. Nature.
Nature is a teacher; we are the student.

3. Natural "Pulls."
Where are you naturally being pulled to? Why?

4. Source of motivation.
What motivates you? Healthy or not healthy? Fitting or not? Sustainable or temporary?

5. Energy exchange.
When with a person or in an environment, which way is the energy flowing? Filling you up, or draining you?

6. Degree of ease.
How easy is what you are doing? How much resistance?

7. Presence of/Absence of.
What are you attracting? What are you not attracting?

8. Societal/cultural trends.
What is occurring around you in life? You are being affected by that.

9. Type of stimulation.
Are you being challenged or drained? Stimulated or over stimulated? What are the costs of your source of stimulation?

10. Love/Joy/Connectiveness.
How much love do you feel? Joy? Connectedness?
